Build-A-Bear Military Discount Policy

Build-A-Bear Workshop offers a 10% discount for active-duty and retired members of the U.S. Armed Forces, customer service representatives told us. You can use the military discount on almost anything in the store, with the exception of items that are already discounted or on clearance. The military discount cannot be combined with any other offers, and you cannot use it online.

To get the discount, you’ll need to present a valid military or veteran ID card at checkout. Expired IDs will not be accepted. Since a valid military ID is required to get the discount, children of service members cannot get the discount without a parent present.

Note that the store is also known to offer additional discounts for events like Military Appreciation Month. You can check the company’s website for updates about these types of promotions.
