Hobby Lobby does not offer cash back on store purchases. The store accepts multiple forms of payment, but none of them are eligible for cash back. Below, we’ve listed Hobby Lobby’s accepted payment methods.
Does Hobby Lobby Do Cash Back?
Hobby Lobby, a chain of arts and crafts supply stores, does not do cash back, a corporate customer service representative said. Cash back means paying for your purchase and then choosing to receive cash from the register that is deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card. While Hobby Lobby accepts a variety of payment methods, it does not have a cash back option in stores. Accepted forms of payment include:
- Debit cards
- Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
- Personal checks: Checks must have personal information like an address or phone number printed on the check. If your personal information is not on the check, the store will require you to show your driver’s license. (Checks are only accepted for the amount owed and may not be written for a higher amount to receive the difference in cash back.)
- Hobby Lobby gift cards: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. After making a purchase using a Hobby Lobby gift card, any remaining balance will stay on the card; state laws may apply.
- Hobby Lobby Rewards Visa credit cards: The Hobby Lobby Rewards Visa credit card lets you earn Hobby Lobby points when you use it. Points can later be redeemed for Hobby Lobby rewards cards, or store credit. The Hobby Lobby Rewards Visa card is issued through U.S. Bank. Apply for a Hobby Lobby Rewards Visa online.
