Does Kohl’s Allow Dogs?

Kohl’s does not allow dogs or pets in its stores, a corporate customer service representative said. Service animals, however, are permitted to accompany their owners. We contacted Kohl’s stores in Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Nebraska, and New Jersey to confirm this information.

Store associates said your service animal should wear an identifying vest or harness when entering a store. If you don’t have a vest or harness for your service animal, you should carry a service animal ID card.

In Summary

Dogs and pets are not allowed inside Kohl’s department stores. Service animals, however, are welcome.
