SCHEELS allows its customers to price match both online and in-store, a corporate customer service representative said. If you find a lower price on the same item, you’ll need to show the advertisement or competitor’s web page to a store associate or customer service representative. The retailer suggests sending an email to initiate a price match online. The lower price must be verified in order to qualify for a price match.

We called several SCHEELS store locations to confirm this policy. Store associates added that there are no restrictions on which competitors the store will price match.

SCHEELS also offers price adjustments within two weeks of purchase, according to its customer service department. If an item you purchased at SCHEELS goes on sale, you can receive a refund for the price difference.
