Does Taco Bell Accept EBT?
The Restaurant Meals Program (RMP) exists because many people who are eligible for SNAP may not be able to prepare hot food themselves. RMP is mostly limited to the elderly, disabled, and homeless. States that participate in the Restaurant Meals Program include: Arizona, California (some counties), Hawaii, and Rhode Island.

While you typically can’t use your SNAP benefits and EBT card to purchase prepared foods — like Taco Bell — you may be able to if you qualify for the Restaurant Meals Program in your state. Under the RMP, some Taco Bell locations in Arizona and California accept EBT.
