DSW Clearance Return Policy Explained
The DSW clearance return policy for shoes and accessories is the same as the store’s standard return policy for regular-priced items, a corporate customer service representative said. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange unworn items, as long as you have the original packaging and the receipt. If you do not have the receipt, you will be given store credit for the current sale price of the item being returned.
If you made the purchase with a credit card and you’re returning in-store, you’ll also need the credit card you used. Items ordered online can be returned to a DSW store or by mail. A FedEx return mailing label will be included with your online order. Note that if you use the enclosed label, an $8.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Beyond 60 days, DSW will issue store credit for returns as long as the items are unworn.
Keep in mind, items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged at DSW. The following items are always considered final sale:
