Short Answer: MONAT accepts returns within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or replacement, even if you have opened and used the products. MONAT Return Policy
All regular MONAT customers, VIP customers, and Market Partners are eligible for a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with a MONAT product, you can return it within 30 days for a replacement, exchange, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs).

Within 30 days, you can return a product for any reason — whether you changed your mind or tried it and don’t like it. MONAT may not accept your return if the item arrives damaged; be sure to pack your item properly before shipping.
Note that while customers can return used products under the money-back guarantee, Market Partner returns must be in “resalable condition,” meaning that they must be unopened, unused, and have intact packaging/labeling.
Members of MONAT’s VIP Program receive additional return benefits. If the 30-day return period has passed, VIP members can still return items for 90% of their purchase price minus shipping costs. These items must be in resalable condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
When returning your MONAT item(s), you can contact the company at (888) 867- 9987. If you are a non-VIP customer, you can also contact the Market Partner from whom you bought the item(s). Specify that you want to make a return, and you will receive a Return Authorization Number. You must write this number on your box when returning the item. Additionally, make sure to include a copy of the receipt — every order should initially come with two receipt copies.
