O’Reilly Price Match Policy
O’Reilly Auto Parts has a price match policy for in-store purchases, a corporate customer service representative said.
O’Reilly’s price match policy is called its Low Price Guarantee. We called several store locations to compile the following information about O’Reilly Auto Parts’ price match policy.
To receive a price match, the lower-priced item from a competitor must be identical to the item in-store. You can show an advertisement with a lower price or a picture of the item’s price tag to a store associate. Your price match guarantee may require approval by a store manager.
O’Reilly does not price match with online competitors, and price matching is only available in stores.

Yes, O’Reilly price matches. I work there. We don’t need a manager to approve a price match. I’m not a manager and I price match all the time. Many of us price match who are not managers. Most new employees do not have the access to price match but there is always multiple employees in the store who are allowed to approve a price match. We are also allowed to approve a discount below the match price as an added bonus to customers.
Hello, Bob! Several of the locations we contacted said that their stores do require manager approval for price matching, but we have updated our article to reflect that this is not always the case. Thank you for sharing your experience!
