  • Yes, O’Reilly price matches. I work there. We don’t need a manager to approve a price match. I’m not a manager and I price match all the time. Many of us price match who are not managers. Most new employees do not have the access to price match but there is always multiple employees in the store who are allowed to approve a price match. We are also allowed to approve a discount below the match price as an added bonus to customers.
