Jewelry Return Requirements
You should return the jewelry in its original packaging and include your receipt or printed order, if possible. Without the original packaging, Sam’s Club may only offer a partial refund; without the receipt, the store may deny your return.

Jewelry purchased from SamsClub.com can be returned in stores or by mail. To request a return by mail, call the Member Service Center at (888) 746-7726 or log in to your Sam’s Club account, fill out a return form, and print a return shipping label.
Sam’s Club offers free return shipping via FedEx. Shipping and delivery charges on your original order will only be refunded if Sam’s Club made a mistake with the order or the item arrived damaged.
