Scentsy Consultants are responsible for naming their own websites, businesses, and the parties they host.
While Scentsy policies don’t include specific guidelines for naming parties, there are rules for using the Scentsy trademark. You can use the Scentsy Consultant logo when promoting your party, but you should never use the word “Scentsy” in your party name.
Additionally, Consultants cannot trademark or claim ownership of any names, phrases, or taglines they use to promote their parties since these words/phrases are considered part of the “community domain.”[1]
