ShopRite Apple Pay Policy

ShopRite grocery stores accept Apple Pay, a ShopRite corporate representative said. Apple Pay can be used for in-store purchases, but not for home delivery orders. Store associates from several ShopRite locations also confirmed that Apple Pay is accepted in-store only.

In general, other accepted payment methods at ShopRite include cash, debit cards, major credit cards (including American Express), and personal checks. But, payment methods may vary by location, the corporate representative said.

ShopRite is the largest retailer-owned cooperative in the U.S., according to ShopRite’s website. It has store locations in six states: New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.

Apple Pay lets you make payments using your Apple device. It can be used in stores, online, and for in-app purchases. Apple Pay can also be used to send and receive money. See Apple’s list of participating retailers or use the Maps app on your iPhone to find retailers that accept Apple Pay.
