Urban Outfitters Price Adjustment Policy

Urban Outfitters will issue a refund for the price difference if an item you bought online goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, a corporate customer service representative said. The clothing retailer’s price adjustment policy states that a partial refund can only be authorized once per item, so if the item drops in price again, you will not be allowed another price adjustment.

Price adjustments are only available on online purchases, not in-store purchases, store associates from several Urban Outfitters locations confirmed. If an item you purchased online is eligible for a price adjustment, you should contact Urban Outfitters’ customer service by online chat, email, social media, or phone. Be sure to have your order number ready. If approved, your partial refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
