Walmart’s Air Mattress Mattress Return Policy
According to Walmart’s return policy, you can exchange air mattresses to a Walmart store within 90 days of purchase with the receipt and in the original, unopened packaging. If any accessories were included with your air mattress purchase, you’ll need to return those accessories with the air mattress as well.
If you opt to return an air mattress, you’ll be reimbursed for the purchase in the same payment method you used to buy the mattress. For example, if you used a credit card, the refund will go to the card. You may also exchange it for the same item if you found the air mattress to be defective.
If you’ve already opened the package and removed the air mattress from the box, it will be eligible for an exchange, provided you have the receipt and you kept the original packaging. If you want to return air mattress accessories that you bought separately, they will also be subject to the standard 90-day return policy.

Online Air Mattress Returns
You can return an air mattress you purchased at Walmart.com to a Walmart store or via mail. You will need your online order receipt, the original packaging, and any accessories that came with the air mattress. Just like in-store purchases, you can only exchange an air mattress that has been opened/used for the same item.
When returning an air mattress via mail, you can begin by looking up your order online, printing the shipping label, and mailing the mattress back within 90 days. You may also contact a Walmart customer service representative who can process the return and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
It’s important to note that you may not be able to return orders placed on Walmart.com that were sold and shipped from a Walmart Marketplace seller. You can contact the Marketplace Seller to find out whether or not you can return the mattress.
Walmart’s Non-Inflatable Mattress Return Policy
For a regular, non-inflatable mattress, you can also return it within 90 days as long as you have the receipt, the original packaging, an online order number, or the credit or debit card used to make the purchase, even if the mattress has been opened and used.
For Walmart.com orders, simply call its return department at (800) 925-6278 with your order number, and return packaging will be shipped to you in which you will mail in the mattress for a return or exchange.
If you purchased a mattress in-store, you can exchange or return it for a refund with the receipt and original packaging. If you do not have the receipt but you paid with a credit or debit card, a store associate will be able to locate the purchase in their system with the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase.
