Checking Your Balance
There are several ways to check your balance. You can check your gift card balance on the Dunkin’ Donuts website, through the Dunkin’ app, or by stopping into a Dunkin’ Donuts store and requesting your balance. You can also call their support line at 1-800-447-0013. Your balance will always be printed on your last receipt, too.
Lost Gift Cards
The first thing you should do whenever you receive a DD card is register the card online. You can report your registered card lost or stolen, and they will freeze your balance and mail you a new card.
