Tag Luggage Warranty Policy
Tag luggage is manufactured by Olivet International, which provides a three-year manufacturer warranty on all luggage purchases at no additional cost. We confirmed this by speaking with customer service representatives for both Olivet International and Macy’s, a Tag retailer. No other warranties are available for Tag luggage products.
The Tag manufacturer warranty guarantees the product’s material and workmanship for three years from the original date of purchase. It does not apply to damage from normal wear and tear.
Additionally, the warranty only applies when the luggage is used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose. It does not cover damage related to accidents, misuse, improper care, negligence, or damage resulting from airline mishandling. If your luggage is damaged due to airline mishandling, Olivet International recommends that you immediately submit a claim directly with the airline.
How to File a Claim
If your Tag luggage is defective and still covered under the Olivet International warranty, you can request service online or by mail.
Request Warranty Service Online
Submit a request using Olivet’s online warranty form. You will need to provide:
- Your contact information (name, email and mailing addresses, phone number)
- Universal Product Code (if available)
- Style number of the product (usually found on the warranty tag)
- Name of the store where you purchased the product
- Purchase date
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or packing slip
- Warranty tag
If you provide a detailed explanation and upload pictures displaying the product’s defect, Olivet will typically ship the necessary replacement parts or an entirely new product to the address you provide on the form. If it needs more information, Olivet will contact you using the email address and/or phone number you provide on the form.
Request Warranty Service by Mail
To request warranty service by mail, you can return the product with proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to the Olivet International customer service department at the following address:

If Olivet determines that the warranty covers the defect, it will decide whether to repair the luggage or replace it with the same product or something comparable, then send you the new or repaired product.
