Hello, Tatiana! Good question! Yes, you can return this product. Walmart accepts returns for beauty products even if they have been opened and tested. We have updated our article to include this information.

  • I bought perfume from It doesn’t smell the same as I remember when I tested it in Sephora. I’ve only sprayed it a handful of times. Do you think they’ll process a return since it’s been opened (the shrink wrap has been torn) and sprayed?

      Hi Bill,

Walmart has a fairly easy return policy on cosmetics, including hair care products, provided you make the return within 90 days of purchase and you have the product’s original packaging (if it had any) and receipt. I contacted a customer service representative and asked her about returning hair care products, and she said that you can expect a return if you did not use all the product and you have the receipt.
